Key Responsibilities

• Coach and develop product managers, helping strong executors evolve into strategic leaders.
• Establish high standards for product discovery, planning, execution, and measurement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to align priorities and achieve outcomes.
• Create clarity around product priorities, trade-offs, and investment decisions.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, authority, and autonomy within the product organization.
• Lead customer discovery initiatives, ensuring product decisions are based on objective evidence.
• Enhance operational processes within the product organization, including planning and product reviews.
• Act as a senior product leader and trusted partner to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Significant experience in product management, with a background in leading or managing product managers.
• Proven ability to coach and develop product management talent.
• Strong skills in customer discovery and validation, with a focus on objective insights and real customer needs.
• Sound judgment and pragmatism in balancing strategy with execution.
• Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability.
• Effective communication skills and ability to influence across different functions and levels.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments while maintaining discipline to support enterprise customers.
• Strong fundamentals in roadmap development, prioritization, product strategy, stakeholder management, and execution.
