The Senior Technical Account Manager at NiCE is an expert in account management and technical resolution, crucial for exceeding customer expectations and driving company growth. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and advocate for assigned enterprise accounts, managing contract fulfillment and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering to align on customer opportunities and ensure successful implementation.
• Maintain productive relationships across all levels of the customer organization.
• Drive ROI with NiCE products and services, acting as a trusted partner.
• Engage cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges within SLA targets.
• Coordinate projects to align with overall strategy and ensure completion.
• Leverage technical knowledge of NiCE products to implement successful solutions.
• Conduct regular service and technology reviews, managing escalated situations effectively.
• Provide coaching and mentoring, contributing to team success and sharing expertise.
• Identify product and service enhancements to improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in customer account relationship management.
• 5+ years of Enterprise Account Management experience in presales or post-sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud-based Software, and Security.
• Ability to work in a matrix-reporting environment and manage pressure.
• Experience in risk identification and mitigation.
