Five9 is a leading provider of cloud contact center software, focusing on innovation in customer experience. They are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive and deliver multiple complex programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build necessary technological knowledge to assess readiness for seamless delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, surfacing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with company OKRs.
• Drive program execution and establish governance frameworks over prioritization decisions.
• Act as an influential member of an integrated team of technical and non-technical members.
• Collaborate with diverse team members to build and execute work plans for program success.
• Plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and drive delivery across various departments.
• Provide clear program and portfolio reporting to leadership.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance agility and visibility.
• Mentor other TPMs and partners, raising standards for delivery and engagement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with self-motivation and strong follow-through on initiatives.
• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle from conception to delivery.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS/GCP preferred).
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and coordinating release schedules.
• PMP, Prince2, CSM, or equivalent certification.
