Senior Technical Program Manager - US Public Sector @UiPath

Overview

The role of Senior Technical Program Manager focuses on managing UiPath’s U.S. public sector compliance portfolio, including key initiatives like FedRAMP HIGH and CMMC. This position requires transforming high-stakes public sector requirements into actionable plans while driving coordination among engineering teams, compliance efforts, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for expanding UiPath's product footprint under the Public Sector umbrella.
• Design solutions that proactively reduce compliance overhead on dependent teams.
• Evaluate and strengthen processes, procedures, and readiness for audits and regulatory initiatives.
• Coordinate with GRC engineering to automate manual processes and promote continuous monitoring.
• Support international compliance obligations such as ISMAP and IRAP.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship (required).
• 6-8 years of experience with technical requirements implementation and external audits in U.S. public sector frameworks.
• Track record of owning a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) program.
• Experience in managing the FedRAMP significant change request process.
• Collaboration skills and experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
