    Role Overview

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Management

    • Oversee the full lifecycle of proposal and reporting projects

    • Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality control processes
    • Take ownership of final outputs submitted to donors

    Strategic and Leadership Support

    • Act as a deputy to the Public Fundraising Team Lead

    • Lead high-priority and ad hoc strategic projects
    • Ensure effective data stewardship across fundraising initiatives

    Programme Knowledge and Research

    • Build deep expertise in organisational programmes, impact, and strategy

    Candidate Profile and Qualifications

    • 5–7+ years of professional experience
    • At least 3+ years in grant writing or technical proposal development
    • Experience working with bilateral and multilateral donors
    • Strong ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
    • Demonstrated interest in international development or agriculture
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Fluency in English
