Overview

The role of Services Sales Executive involves promoting, selling, and maximizing value with NICE's Value Realization Services (VRS) portfolio for new and existing customers across the Americas region. This position is part of NICE's business and strategic consulting services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the Americas sales team regarding VRS selling.
• Drive sales opportunities through an overlay sales model.
• Develop a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and maintain continuous pipeline for VRS.
• Focus on services-only sales that drive customer value and success.
• Identify and develop new VRS opportunities within the current NICE installed base.
• Articulate the value of proposed NICE VRS solutions based on customer strategy.
• Create new opportunities through strategic value-based selling and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasting for sales activities.
• Drive renewals for sold accounts to ensure ongoing value.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of selling and customer management experience in the IT industry, preferably with experience in selling value-added services.
• Experience in selling solutions and services to domestic, regional, and global accounts.
• Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal relationships.
• Vertical expertise in sectors such as Telco, Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, Retail, Outsource, Travel, and Utilities.
• Understanding of current technologies and IT-related infrastructure and challenges.
• Technical understanding of services and maintenance terminology.
• Creativity and ability to tailor solutions based on customer requirements.
• Ability to build good working relationships with regional presales and sales organizations.
