Overview

NICE Ltd. is seeking a technical leader for the role of Software Architect. This position involves designing integrations and defining the architecture of new product innovations, working with a collaborative team to enhance customer experiences through advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the architecture of new product innovations in collaboration with Product Management and other architects.
• Design integrations between microservices/systems across the NICE product portfolio.
• Choose appropriate patterns, frameworks, and technologies, particularly within the AWS ecosystem.
• Set the technical direction and collaborate closely with development teams.
• Propose long-term improvements to system quality and architecture.
• Act as a technology evangelist within the organization by sharing best practices.
• Collaborate with a global network of architects and engineers.
• Contribute to the adoption of AI within products and internal processes.

Requirements

• Experience with PHP and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as ECS, EKS, EC2, SQS, and Kinesis.
• Knowledge of OpenSearch and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), clean architecture, and microservices.

Location

Hybrid model: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote; office in Prague.
