Overview

The role of Software Engineer, CX at NiCE involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable and efficient Node.js applications to meet business requirements. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-grade solutions.
• Conduct unit/system tests and automation of your code.
• Work in an agile team to enhance software written in Java Spring-boot.
• Design projects that improve processes through research and collaboration.
• Write efficient code for handling inter-process communications.
• Troubleshoot bugs, ensuring enterprise-grade quality.
• Implement software features according to design.
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (BE/BTech/MTech/MCA).
• 3-4 years of hands-on software development experience with NodeJS, TypeScript, AngularJS/ReactJS.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and AWS.
• Proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with Docker containers running on Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Knowledge of unit testing and object-oriented software design.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Jira, Snowflake, automation/testing tools, and agile development processes.
