Software Engineer, CX @NICE Ltd.

Overview

NiCE is seeking a Software Engineer to develop, test, and maintain the NiCE CXone software platform. The role involves working on various tiers of the technology, focusing on product design and development, unit testing, code reviews, and supporting the production environment in an agile development setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as an Individual Contributor on complex reporting-based projects.
• Interpret business requirements and discuss them with the technical team/designers.
• Participate in technology evaluations and Proof of Concepts.
• Develop and maintain NiCE CXone products and features.
• Resolve defects encountered during the QA cycle and support the production environment.
• Assist other developers in a team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer (Web & Server side).
• Strong object-oriented design and coding skills; expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• Experience with web services standards (JSON, REST) and UI development using Angular (1+ years).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Redux, or Context API).
• Familiarity with Agile framework and DevOps tools.
• Experience with automation in unit and system level (JUnit/TestNG) and performance tuning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
