Solution Engineer (Korean Speaking) @UiPath

Overview

UiPath is seeking a Commercial Solution Engineer fluent in Korean to support sales for Commercial accounts in South Korea. The role involves blending technical expertise with business acumen to deliver tailored solutions and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize them.
• Lead end-to-end Presales activities and create strong value propositions.
• Perform tailored, high-level demos that demonstrate business value.
• Ensure delivery of strong Rfx’s, contextualized demos, and powerful PoV’s.
• Design solutions that fit client needs and environments during the sales process.
• Address client concerns regarding technical capabilities and platform architecture during the sales process.
• Identify customer needs and showcase appropriate UiPath solutions.
• Develop solution architectures for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the UiPath platform.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and build solutions across different industry verticals.
• Support marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including writing blogs and speaking at events.
• Engage with product teams and provide feedback on product improvements.

Requirements

• Good balance of technical, business, and sales skills.
• Demonstrable track record in client-facing roles such as Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architect positions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in building relationships.
• Experience in process discovery, automation solutions, and AI technologies.
• Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology.
• Fluency in English and Korean.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach with innovative ideas.
• Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
