    Overview

    The role of Strategic Solution Engineer, GSI Partnerships at NiCE involves leading functional and technical engagement with key global system integrator partners across UKI and Europe, specifically with a focus on Capgemini, Accenture, and Deloitte. This partner-facing position is designed to accelerate solution adoption across the NiCE portfolio by supporting GSI sales, presales, and delivery teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive solution adoption of the NiCE portfolio within Capgemini, Accenture, and Deloitte across UKI and Europe.
    • Assist in flight GSI opportunities with functional and technical discovery, solution design input, demonstrations, and POC planning.
    • Collaborate closely with GSI sales, presales, architects, and delivery teams to position and apply NiCE solutions in customer transformation programs.
    • Build repeatable solution plays, demo storyboards, and technical narratives for GSI usage.
    • Translate customer challenges into NiCE solution architectures and value messages.
    • Educate stakeholders on how NiCE solutions address various operational needs.
    • Support technical aspects of partner-led opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
    • Assist with RFIs, RFPs, and partner-led bid submissions.
    • Provide feedback from GSI engagements to enhance adoption strategies.
    • Identify technical blockers within the GSI partner ecosystem and develop clearance plans.

    Requirements

    • Strong experience in solution engineering, presales, or enterprise software sales engineering.
    • Experience with global system integrators, ideally including Capgemini, Accenture, and Deloitte.
    • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills tailored for different audiences.
    • Proven track record of handling complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities.
    • Ability to communicate with stakeholders from C-level executives to frontline users.
    • Experience creating demo storyboards and partner-ready enablement assets.
    • Strong technical aptitude and commercial awareness.
    • Collaborative working style and ability to influence across organizations.
