Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal Product and R&D teams to share client feedback and insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role with an enterprise B2B product in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, fraud prevention, identities, and payments landscapes.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with experience in presentations.
• Fluency in German and English.
