Solutions Consultant - UK @Rillet

Overview

Rillet is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join its UK team. The company focuses on providing AI-native ERP solutions for accounting and finance teams, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove technical and accounting objections throughout the sales cycle, helping prospective customers evaluate Rillet from a technical and accounting perspective.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations configured to prospect-specific workflows and use cases.
• Become a product and domain expert, able to answer questions directly without needing to rely on the Product team.
• Execute with urgency by providing prospect feedback to various departments and experimenting with demo approaches.
• Represent Rillet by engaging with finance and accounting leaders and showing high customer empathy.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in accounting, including areas such as revenue recognition and financial close.
• Experience in customer evaluations or solutions consulting involving accounting or financial software.
• Strong understanding of systems used by modern finance teams.
• Familiarity with IFRS and/or UK GAAP.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Comfortable engaging in diverse conversations across accounting, product, and technical subjects.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsive, and ownership-oriented in an early-stage setting.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
