Overview

Grafana Labs is a fully remote company known for Grafana Cloud, an observability platform trusted by over 10,000 organizations. The Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction while collaborating closely with the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• First-class written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of products.
• Technical mindset with a desire to grow.
• Self-motivated, initiative-driven, and creative individual.
