Solutions Engineer - Italian Speaking @Algolia

Overview

Algolia is seeking experienced and driven Solutions Engineers who are fluent in Italian and English to join a hyper-growth business. This critical role involves working closely with Sales and Solutions partners to enhance customer adoption and technical success with Algolia's AI Search solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Teams and prospects on evaluating and adopting Algolia solutions.
• Understand and articulate customer goals, effectively demonstrating Algolia's capabilities.
• Assist in the Sales process including discovery, demos, POCs, RFP responses, and business justifications.
• Develop custom search applications using the Algolia ecosystem.
• Advocate for customer interests and relay feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Continuously update skills and contribute to thought leadership in the Search and Discovery space.
• Work with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams for successful onboarding.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), preferably in SaaS.
• Experience in software development with skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C.
• A familiarity with data formats and data transformation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and competing demands.
• Experience in high-growth environments and awareness of industry trends.

Benefits

• Annual total cash compensation range of €76,000 — €105,500 EUR.
