Overview

Grafana Labs is a fully remote company behind Grafana Cloud, an observability platform trusted by over 10,000 organizations for reliability and incident resolution. The Solutions Engineering team supports growth by educating customers through demos, presentations, and technical evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy.
• Owning technical engagements with customers to close complex opportunities.
• Delivering product and technical presentations to customers.
• Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams to provide product feedback.
• Driving product conversations based on customer needs and issues.
• Collaborating on documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A technical mindset with a passion for solving challenges.
• Must be located in the UK.
