Sr. Global Payroll Specialist @Contentstack

Overview

Contentstack is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Global Payroll Specialist to lead its global payroll operations and serve as the internal expert for payroll-related tax compliance. The candidate will ensure accurate payroll processing across the US and Rest of World (ROW) regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Payroll Operations: Own and execute full-cycle payroll processing for US (multi-state) and international entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Multi-System Management: Manage data and workflows across various platforms, including ADP, Oyster, and Activpayroll.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with People Ops, Benefits, and Accounting to capture and reconcile payroll inputs.
• Payroll Tax & Registration Ownership: Manage payroll-related tax withholdings and ensure accurate filing with payroll providers.
• Audit & Process Improvement: Oversee internal and external payroll audits and evaluate current processes for efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of high-volume, multi-region payroll experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in ADP required; experience with Hibob HRIS, Oyster Payroll, and Activpayroll preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with capability to work cross-functionally.
• Motivated and self-driven; located in ET or CT preferred.
• Experience in an AI-forward environment.
• Willingness to travel minimally.
