The role of Sr. Product Designer at Pinterest focuses on enhancing the Merchant AI Assistant experiences within Pinterest Business. It primarily involves creating and optimizing tools that enable advertisers to manage and enhance their campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for Merchant AI Assistant experiences, including onboarding, catalog health, and Catalog Enhance.
• Define cohesive patterns connecting conversational AI with contextual product experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, Content Design, and the Orchestrator team.
• Utilize research and product data to improve workflows and guidance for merchants.
• Shape the strategy for Catalog Enhance to improve product data quality on Pinterest.

Requirements

• Experience with designing complex B2B, commerce, merchant, or advertising products.
• Strong product discovery and systems-thinking skills.
• Experience designing AI or conversational experiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate across various teams.
• Strong communication skills and a comfort with ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product design experience or equivalent.

Benefits
