Sr Technical Account Manager - East @Dataiku

Overview

Dataiku is the Platform for AI Success, serving as the enterprise orchestration layer for building, deploying, and governing AI. This role as a Sr Technical Account Manager involves working closely with a small set of strategic clients to manage technical accounts and ensure their successful use of the Dataiku platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Customer Success team and customers to jointly identify priorities and define engagement plans.
• Manage milestones with Customer Success Manager and customers, providing regular status updates while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Centralize technical information about clients and contribute to account strategies.
• Contribute to the growth and scalability of the Field Engineering team through robust documentation and peer upskilling.
• Act as a primary technical advisor, providing guidance on Dataiku platform architecture, operations, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot client implementations of Dataiku within their systems.
• Record and communicate feature requests to product and R&D teams.
• Advise client tech leaders on companion technologies and strategies related to Dataiku.
• Support innovative approaches around Dataiku, including edge computing and advanced MLOps.

Requirements

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical experience.
• Confidence in client-facing interactions.
• Experience with strong Linux system administration, networking, and cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem and Hadoop/Spark ecosystems.
• Knowledge of authentication systems like LDAP, Kerberos, AD, and IAM.

How you'll stand out

• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with Java and machine learning operations.
