Overview

Grafana Labs is a remote company building observability tools to help users understand and optimize systems. The Staff AI Engineer will focus on developing AI-powered features to improve data analytics through a collaborative skunkworks initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deliver AI solutions that help users manage large datasets.
• Implement a rapid experimentation process to prototype and iterate AI features.
• Collaborate with the team to shape AI-driven product features and integrate them with internal tools.

Requirements

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and context engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering user-facing software deployed in production.
• Exposure to cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with observability tools.
