Staff AI Product Analyst, Product Management | Spain | Remote @Grafana Labs

Overview

Grafana Labs is the company behind Grafana Cloud, a fully managed observability platform trusted by over 10,000 organizations. They are seeking a Staff Product Analyst to join their Product Analytics team. This remote role focuses on supporting Grafana’s AI organization and influencing product decisions through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to establish top-level KPIs, dashboards, and product roadmap planning.
• Define success metrics for AI-powered product experiences, including adoption, engagement, quality, retention, and user outcomes.
• Guide the instrumentation of product data in collaboration with Product Design, Management, and Engineering teams.
• Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments to assess the impact of new AI capabilities.
• Develop dbt models for transforming and testing user behavior data.
• Influence best practices for Product Analytics and define scalable standards.
• Contribute to the long-term vision and strategy for Product Analytics.

Requirements

• Experience in product and engineering organizations with familiarity in product KPIs and frameworks.
• Experience defining and tracking success metrics, ideally for AI-powered features.
• Daily practice in writing complex SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Grafana.
• Experience writing dbt models and implementing Product Analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical topics to non-technical audiences.
