Staff Product Engineer @Docebo

Overview

Docebo is an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training effectively. The Staff Product Engineer will be responsible for defining product direction, solving high-impact technical challenges, and designing scalable systems for work-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Define long-term architectural standards and design resilient systems using modern stack technologies including Node.js, Golang, PHP, Angular, React, and AWS.
• Spearhead complex, cross-functional product initiatives from problem framing to measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Product and Design leaders to influence roadmaps and ensure technical leverage in strategic decisions.
• Implement AI-assisted development practices to enhance team productivity.
• Improve CI/CD, observability, testing, and operational reliability across teams.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to identify pain points and measure results through product analytics.
• Mentor engineers on architecture, product thinking, and AI tools.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of full-stack software development experience in designing complex SaaS products.
• Experience with PHP, Node.js, Golang, Angular, React, and readiness to handle various backend frameworks.
• Expertise with AI-assisted development tools and familiarity with product analytics platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, containerization, and modern observability practices.
• Ability to decompose complex problems into executable technical plans.
• Strong mentoring and cross-functional communication skills.

Location

This role is hybrid, with team members expected to be in the office three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).
