• Define and ship ML Signal Management, establishing a unified backbone with comprehensive metadata, cross-system naming, and API access.
• Collaborate with ML Engineering to enhance model iteration time through automated pipelines.
• Oversee measurement infrastructure, including golden dataset strategy and model performance dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional signal strategy with teams such as Content Safety and Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience managing ML platforms or model lifecycle infrastructure.
• Strong data fluency and familiarity with evaluation methodology and model performance measurement.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Demonstrated systems thinking and experience with complex infrastructures.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to drive decisions across various stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills regarding ML concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
