Staff Product Manager, SaaS Manager @1Password

Overview

1Password is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the enterprise readiness and platform modernization strategy for its SaaS Manager product. This remote role is open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for SaaS Manager’s initiatives.
• Lead discovery with customers and internal partners to identify high-impact enterprise problems.
• Sequence capabilities such as data ingestion and integrations to deliver customer value.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to evaluate architecture options and clarify requirements.
• Define success metrics and work with data partners to measure outcomes.
• Align multiple teams around priorities and delivery risks.
• Coordinate product launches and ongoing iterations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Technical fluency in integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise scale.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in product discovery, prioritization, and success measurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Preferred experience with SaaS management and integration patterns.
