Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and improve Affirm's enterprise AI security review process, embedding security requirements into the design phase.

• Evaluate third-party SaaS vendor AI capabilities as part of security reviews.
• Identify emerging AI security vulnerabilities and contribute to incident response playbooks.
• Lead cross-functional AI security initiatives and advise stakeholders on security practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with security architecture for AI/LLM-based systems.
• Experience in threat modeling and reviewing AI/LLM applications.
• Knowledge of AI governance and vendor capabilities within SaaS platforms.
• Proficient with enterprise tools for AI visibility and control.
• Capability to build security tooling and deploy cloud services.
• Understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, and authentication models.
• Ability to lead initiatives across multiple departments and communicate effectively.
