Overview
This opportunity offers qualified professionals the chance to work as State Field Coordinators (Loan Acquisition) in Nigeria, with a competitive salary ranging from ₦220,000 to ₦250,000 based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary representative in the assigned state.
- Lead stakeholder engagement with key Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
- Identify viable business opportunities and ensure effective loan product rollouts.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with institutional stakeholders.
- Coordinate field sales teams and oversee daily operations.
- Organize stakeholder meetings, deliver presentations, and conduct follow-ups.
- Lead mobilization campaigns and supervision of Direct Sales Executives (DSEs).
- Support loan documentation and verification processes.
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Contribute to managing a mini field office.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, business development, or field operations.
- Experience with government institutions or MDAs is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet targets.
- Must reside in the preferred state of application.
