    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary representative in the assigned state.
    • Lead stakeholder engagement with key Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
    • Identify viable business opportunities and ensure effective loan product rollouts.
    • Build and maintain strategic relationships with institutional stakeholders.
    • Coordinate field sales teams and oversee daily operations.
    • Organize stakeholder meetings, deliver presentations, and conduct follow-ups.
    • Lead mobilization campaigns and supervision of Direct Sales Executives (DSEs).
    • Support loan documentation and verification processes.
    • Resolve operational challenges and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
    • Contribute to managing a mini field office.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
    • 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, business development, or field operations.
    • Experience with government institutions or MDAs is a plus.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Able to work independently and meet targets.
    • Must reside in the preferred state of application.
