Strategic Account Executive - Healthcare (West) @NICE Ltd.

Overview

The Account Executive at NiCE is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers in the healthcare sector, identifying new sales opportunities, and increasing market share. This remote role is intended for candidates residing on the West Coast of the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales quota and negotiate enterprise-wide agreements.
• Coordinate and lead sales activities to meet business goals.
• Ensure proposed sales solutions leverage NiCE CXone Mpower's strengths and can be effectively implemented.
• Establish new strategic relationships while maintaining existing ones and analyze customer business situations for new opportunities.
• Develop and sustain relationships with ‘C’ level executives.
• Support the development and monitoring of purchasing agreements between NiCE CXone Mpower and customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in selling multiple software products into sophisticated accounts.
• 1-2 years of experience selling AI Software Solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications.
• Excellent relationship and client management skills to resolve customer escalations.
• Collaborative sales approach, working with multiple internal and external groups.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging with C and VP-level executives.
• Self-sufficiency and confidence, with a preference for autonomy in achieving revenue results.
