Strategic Finance @Figma

Overview

Figma is seeking candidates for the Strategic Finance team, which focuses on addressing key business challenges and involves oversight of the company budget, conducting financial analyses, and collaborating with various teams. This full-time role can be performed remotely within the United States or from Figma's offices in San Francisco or New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive alignment on KPIs and key metrics to monitor business performance and support growth initiatives.
• Build and manage annual operating plans and financial forecasts.
• Develop partnerships across Figma to inform executive decision-making.
• Improve financial processes that support the business.
• Enhance ARR data quality and forecasting in collaboration with Strategic Finance, Data Science, and RevOps.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for the Executive Team.
• Experiment with AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows and enhance Strategic Finance operations.
• Support the growth of financial operating practices as Figma expands.
• Serve as a trusted partner to functional leaders and executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, Big 4 audit, or related fields.
• Experience in financial planning and data-driven analysis.
• Ability to build processes and distill complex issues into structured action plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage workload effectively.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Genuine curiosity and passion for the work.
