Strategic Finance, GTM @Notion

Overview

Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together. The role of Strategic Finance, GTM, involves providing Finance and GTM leaders with a clear view of topline performance in a growing revenue model.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the core topline model and reporting cadence, connecting ARR performance to customer growth, seats, retention, and other trends.
• Prepare and deliver presentations communicating Notion's GTM strategy and performance to the executive team and investors.
• Improve the reporting infrastructure using AI and automation to enhance accuracy and reduce manual work.
• Work cross-functionally across Finance, Biz-Tech, and Revenue Operations to drive improvements and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking or Sales Finance at high-growth SaaS technology companies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for recurring-revenue or SaaS businesses.
• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to extract insights from data.
• Ability to operate independently and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Benefits

Notion offers competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $165,000 per year, based in San Francisco.

Location

Remote with office presence required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in San Francisco.
