Once Upon a Farm is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to strengthen supply chain resiliency and support direct sourcing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct global category analyses for key ingredients.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret supplier, market, and financial data.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Develop and analyze supplier scorecards.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Operations on onboarding new suppliers.
• Support sustainability initiatives and monitor supplier performance.
• Assist in evaluating cost, risk, and value across sourcing options.
• Build and maintain analytical tools and dashboards.
• Document sourcing processes and learnings for scalability.

Requirements

• BS in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools.
• Experience in managing organic or ethically sourced supply chains.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15-20%.
