The Teaching Fellow in Global Development position at the University of East Anglia (UEA) offers an opportunity to contribute to both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in global development, politics, conflict studies, and education. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and seminars in Global Development-related subjects.
- Support teaching in Politics, Conflict Studies, Education, and Development Studies.
- Plan and organize academic modules.
- Design teaching and learning materials.
- Assess coursework, examinations, and dissertations.
- Support undergraduate and potentially postgraduate students.
- Contribute to student academic development and engagement.
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- A first degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area.
- Experience teaching undergraduate students.
- Experience conducting student assessments across various formats, including coursework, examinations, and undergraduate dissertations.
Desirable Qualifications
- Teaching experience at postgraduate level.
- Expertise in interdisciplinary development studies.
- Experience within higher education curriculum development.
