About the Role

The Regional Logistics Business Partner serves as a key technical advisor responsible for improving logistics performance across the Eurasia and North Africa region.

Working closely with country offices and the Global Logistics team, the successful candidate will provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, procurement support, and operational oversight to ensure programmes maintain high-quality logistics and supply chain standards.

The position also focuses on strengthening regional logistics capacity by developing staff, mentoring teams, improving policies, and promoting best practices across multiple country programmes.

Key Responsibilities

The Regional Logistics Business Partner will lead and support various operational functions, including:

Providing strategic logistics and procurement support across ENA country programmes.
Ensuring compliance with Tearfund logistics policies and operational standards.
Delivering technical advice on supply chain management and procurement.
Supporting country teams with procurement planning and logistics services.
Collaborating with the Global Logistics team to improve systems and processes.
Sharing best practices with regional Logistics Business Partners.
Developing and updating logistics policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Identifying innovative solutions to complex logistics challenges.
Delivering training, mentoring, and capacity-building support to staff and partners.
Providing short-term operational support where required.
Building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The role is critical to maintaining efficient humanitarian operations while supporting programme quality and accountability across the region.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

University degree or equivalent professional qualification in:
- Logistics.
- Supply Chain Management.
- Business Administration.
- A related humanitarian discipline.

Candidates should also demonstrate significant professional experience in humanitarian logistics and operational management.

Required Experience

Successful applicants should have proven experience in:

Logistics and supply chain management within humanitarian or development organisations.
Procurement management across multiple country programmes.
Providing strategic logistics advisory services.
Developing and implementing logistics policies and operational procedures.
