Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering collaboration and overseeing project goals.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Manage team activities, including hiring, performance reviews, and mentoring.
• Collaborate with other departments to remove impediments and support project execution.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and manage project expectations.
• Plan sprints and ensure the quality of product development through metrics and reviews.
• Encourage continuous improvement within the team and promote knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• 15+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years managing teams of developers and technical leaders.
• Experience in developing enterprise-grade SaaS products.
• Knowledge of VoIP, telecom, CCaaS, and Service Oriented Architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD practices, and cloud infrastructures like AWS.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, and related frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
