Key Responsibilities

• Own engineering programs end-to-end, from definition through delivery and iteration across multiple teams.

• Serve as the central coordination point across engineering, product, design, security, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program management, handling complex multi-team programs.
• Deep technical intuition and ability to engage with design documents and technical discussions.
• Proven track record of delivering on significant commitments like product launches.
• Strong organizational influence, able to set agendas and motivate teams without direct oversight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to balance process and efficiency effectively.
