Technology Enablement Program Manager @Fin

Overview

Fin is an AI Customer Agent company focused on enhancing customer experiences through innovative technology. The Technology Enablement Program Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring employees effectively utilize the tools and technology within Fin, working collaboratively across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and evolve Fin’s IT Onboarding program to ensure new hires are confident from Week 1.
• Design and deliver IT awareness and education campaigns for employees to maximize their use of technology.
• Lead adoption for new technology rollouts, prioritizing effective communication and training.
• Shape communications strategy for IT, making complex topics accessible and engaging.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize IT Education Program needs.
• Measure adoption, engagement, and effectiveness to continuously improve the program.
• Stay updated on AI and workplace tooling developments, bringing insights to the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Program Management, Learning & Development or Employee Enablement within a tech environment.
• Proven experience in running onboarding and awareness programs end-to-end.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels.
• Self-directed with excellent project management fundamentals.
• Comfortable in fast-paced tech environments and adept at managing change.
