Test Cloud Account Executive — Healthcare & Life Sciences @UiPath

Overview

UiPath is seeking a Test Cloud Account Executive to drive growth of automated software testing within Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts across the United States. This role focuses on building partnerships with various stakeholders to promote enterprise adoption of UiPath Test Cloud and enhance operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts, expanding Test Cloud adoption.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies that align with customer priorities and UiPath growth objectives.
• Build relationships with Quality, Validation, IT, QA, and Digital Transformation leaders.
• Use a consultative, value-based sales approach to position UiPath Test Cloud.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for expansion within various regulated applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and long-term growth.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulatory considerations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software or solution/value selling, particularly in software testing and quality engineering.
• 5+ years managing and growing Enterprise Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts.
• Experience with test automation, AI, SaaS, and digital quality/compliance solutions.
• Proven track record in exceeding quotas and handling large enterprise deals.
• Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
• Executive presence and experience engaging stakeholders across various functions.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
