Overview
The Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES) is seeking a Climate Resilience Intern to support its resilience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent research and analysis on resilience policy topics.
- Support staff research and analysis by attending events and reporting findings.
- Assist in outreach and engagement for the Climate Resilient Communities Accelerator.
- Help with event planning and logistical support for resilience initiatives.
- Develop written materials including blog posts, maps, and policy briefs.
- Contribute to team activities with a willingness to learn.
- Provide support to other program areas when needed.
Requirements
- Eagerness to develop expertise in climate resilience.
- Interest in an interdisciplinary approach.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent writing skills and critical thinking.
- Demonstrated interest in climate change and environmental issues.
- Undergraduate studies in relevant fields.
Benefits
- Compensation: $20 per hour.
Location
Washington, DC or remote from select states.
