Transformation Consultant @NiCE

Overview

The role of Transformation Consultant at NiCE involves engaging directly with C-suite and senior leadership teams at client organizations to define and lead enterprise-wide AI and agentic transformation programs. The position requires moving fluidly between strategy and execution across various domains and industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage at C-level to build executive conviction around AI-led transformation as a strategic imperative.
• Define enterprise-wide AI transformation roadmaps connecting automation strategy to board-level outcomes.
• Structure ambiguous business challenges into clear problem statements and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Assess how AI and automation can reshape organizational processes and customer engagement.
• Lead cloud migration strategy and execute change management programs on an enterprise scale.
• Develop business cases and executive-level materials to support decision-making.
• Facilitate executive alignment workshops and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Identify risks and recommend actions to improve delivery and adoption of transformations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or transformation strategy with proven C-suite engagement.
• Experience shaping AI or digital transformation programs at the executive level.
• Familiarity with contact center ecosystems and leading cloud migration or digital transformation programs.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work across multiple functions and industries effectively.
• Proficiency in change management frameworks and ability to operationalize them.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher, experience in strategy consulting, knowledge of agentic AI architectures.
