    Technical WIL Programme

    Locations: Johannesburg & Durban

    Non-Technical WIL Programme – University of Technology

    Location: Durban

    Field of study:

    • Financial Management
    • Office Management

    Programme Purpose

    The Transnet Work Integrated Learning Programme is intended for students who have successfully completed all required theoretical coursework and now require structured workplace exposure or in-service training to complete their qualifications.

    Successful candidates will gain practical experience in a professional working environment while developing industry-relevant skills.

    Minimum Requirements

    Applicants should meet the following criteria:

    • Be a South African citizen.
    • Be between 18 and 35 years of age.
    • Have completed all theoretical subjects in the relevant field of study.
    • Provide an official in-service training letter from their institution.

    • Submit a certified copy of their South African ID.
    • Submit a certified copy of their Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
    • Provide a complete academic transcript or record.
    • Have no bursary obligations with another company.

    Preference will be given to persons with disabilities (PWD).
