Overview

The role involves working as a UI Engineer at NiCE, contributing to the Proactive AI Agent product in a hybrid work environment. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract position focused on leveraging AI in frontend development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality Angular-based frontend applications.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance development, improve code quality, and reduce toil.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver customer value.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving feedback.
• Document decisions, designs, and learnings clearly.
• Help evolve team practices regarding the responsible use of AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong frontend specialization.
• 4+ years of experience with Angular (2nd generation+) in production applications.
• Practical experience with React and Angular 16+ features.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and unit testing.
• Familiarity with CSS pre-processors and CI/CD pipelines.
• Active use of AI tools in development work.
