About the Role

Are you passionate about digital transformation, automation, and data innovation? UNICEF Nigeria is seeking a Digital Impact Associate to support business process automation and digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and impact.

This role contributes to Sustainable Development Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure) by leveraging technology to improve systems and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

⚙️ Business Process Automation (70%)

• Design and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint & Microsoft Forms
• Improve and maintain existing digital solutions (e.g., Transparency App)

📊 Data Engineering Support (20%)

• Manage databases, ETL processes, and data collection tools
• Support Power BI dashboards and reporting systems

☁️ Cloud Computing Support (10%)

• Assist with tasks in Azure and AWS environments

🎓 Capacity Building

• Train and guide staff on automation tools and digital workflows
• Promote adoption of low-code technologies across teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Power Automate
  • Power Apps
  • SharePoint
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Azure, or similar tools
• Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within multicultural teams
