Programme Management – Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of global e-learning and capacity building activities under biodiversity and sustainable development programs.
- Assist in creating and updating interactive learning materials using tools like Genially.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across UNDP, UNOPS, and partners to ensure effective program implementation.
- Contribute to monitoring and reporting on learning activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in arts, law, environmental sciences, political science, or related fields with 2 years of experience, or an advanced degree with fewer years of experience.
- Experience in environment, biodiversity, climate change, e-learning, or capacity building initiatives.
- Proficiency in digital content creation platforms such as Genially, Canva, or similar tools.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional UN languages is desirable.
Capacity Building Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight for global e-learning and capacity building projects supporting nature-based development.
- Coordinate with UNDP, UNOPS, and external vendors to deliver high-quality digital learning products.
- Support the design of scalable capacity building approaches aligned with the Global Biodiversity Framework.
- Ensure learning initiatives meet quality standards and are effectively monitored.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in international relations, environmental management, development, or related fields with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in environment, biodiversity, climate change, or digital learning.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are desirable.
Project Management Support – Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational, logistical, and technical support across project lifecycles.
- Support data management, reporting, procurement, and financial activities to ensure project success.
- Assist in stakeholder engagement, training, and field missions to strengthen project systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related fields with 2 years of experience; a Master’s degree with 0-2 years of experience is preferred.
- Experience in project support, UN system organizations, and data analysis tools like Power BI.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional UN languages is a plus.
Project Management Support – Senior Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Support supply chain modernization projects through process re-engineering, data management, and systems enhancement.
- Develop project plans, conduct risk assessments, and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
- Design and deliver training and documentation for supply chain transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, project management, or related fields with 2 years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, project support, and UN system organizations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are desirable.
