To drive sales growth and market expansion by managing trade channels, strengthening distributor relationships, and executing effective trade development strategies.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

📈 Sales & Market Expansion

• Achieve sales volume and revenue targets
• Drive market penetration and territory growth
• Implement effective redistribution strategies

🤝 Distributor & Channel Management

• Manage Key Distributors (KDs) for business growth
• Develop and optimize sub-distributor networks
• Build strong relationships with distributors, sub-dealers, and bakers

📊 Strategy & Performance Monitoring

• Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights

⚙️ Operations & Execution

• Enforce SOPs for route planning
• Ensure effective use of sales automation tools
• Improve trade execution and product availability

🎓 Qualifications

• HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field

💼 Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG sales
• Experience in redistribution sales is highly preferred
