Iconic Open University is inviting applications from qualified candidates for Ad hoc Examination Proctors and Supervisors. This opportunity is temporary and will run for 2 weeks, from 30 March 2026 to 12 April 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring computer-based examinations.
Ensuring strict compliance with examination rules.
Supervising candidates to prevent malpractice.
Assisting with the distribution and collection of exam materials.
Submitting reports on the conduct of the examinations.

Requirements

Minimum of a Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
Relevant technical experience.
Prior experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a tertiary institution.
Strong computer and web navigation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
High level of integrity.
