🧑‍🌾 Job Description

The Agronomist will be responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, ensuring optimal crop yield, and implementing modern agricultural practices. You will work closely with farm teams to improve productivity, manage pests and diseases, and maintain soil health. The role also involves monitoring crop growth, advising on irrigation and fertilization, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the production cycle.

🎯 Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in crop production
• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of vegetable crop management (peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Must be able to ride a motorcycle or be willing to learn (essential for farm mobility and supervision)
