🎯 Role Overview

This role focuses on expanding the bank’s POS (Point of Sale) business, improving digital banking channels, and driving customer adoption through innovative strategies and operational excellence.

• Develop strategies to increase adoption of POS solutions
• Monitor POS performance, revenue, and customer growth
• Ensure uptime and efficient deployment of POS terminals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
