🎯 Role Overview

The Dairy Processing Manager will oversee all dairy production processes, ensuring high-quality yoghurt production, proper milk handling, and strict compliance with food safety standards. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise in dairy processing.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the production of high-quality yoghurt in line with company standards
• Oversee the receipt, testing, and proper storage of fresh milk
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality control procedures
• Plan and manage daily dairy processing operations
• Monitor raw material usage and reduce production waste
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and quality records
• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of processing equipment
• Lead, train, and supervise dairy processing staff
• Support innovation and improvement of dairy products and processes

🎓 Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in dairy or food manufacturing
• At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of yoghurt production and milk handling
• Solid understanding of food safety and quality standards
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good record-keeping and inventory management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage
