Key Responsibilities

Field Verification Officers: Verify client information and conduct on-site assessments.
Field Sales Officers: Promote OPay products and services, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Field Collection Officers: Manage the collection of payments and reconciliation of accounts.
Operations roles: Support internal banking processes to ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Requirements

Minimum OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
Experience in financial technology, microfinance banking, or related fields.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients and communities.
Able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
