• Understanding of SRE principles and experience running production systems at scale.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating technical visions to diverse audiences.
• Experience with agile methodologies and metrics-driven management.

Remote for candidates outside a 30-mile radius of any of Five9's offices; Hybrid for those within that radius, requiring in-office attendance three days a week.
