Virtual Assistant – Leaders ADAPT (Remote Opportunity)

Leaders ADAPT is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Virtual Assistant to support executive and operational functions in a fast-paced remote environment.

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Must overlap with 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)
Salary Range: $800 – $1,200 per month (based on experience and skill level)

About the Role

This position is ideal for a seasoned Executive Assistant (EA) or Operations Coordinator who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment. You will work closely with leadership, helping to streamline workflows, manage systems, and ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative and operational support
Manage schedules, communications, and task prioritization
Build and maintain systems for improved workflow efficiency
Support CRM management, sales funnels, and automation processes
Coordinate projects, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively without constant supervision
Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and execution speed

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator (experience working with a US-based founder is a strong advantage)
A proactive problem-solver who brings solutions, not just questions
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Strong experience with CRM systems, funnels, and automation tools
High proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with high discretion and professionalism
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
